BaRam Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-07-15

These Terms set out the rights, obligations and responsibilities between Gaia (the “Company”) and users in connection with the use of the AI-based keyword analysis and brand monitoring service (the “Service”) provided by the Company. By signing up for, accessing or using the Service, you are deemed to agree to these Terms.

1. Purpose and effect of the Terms

  1. These Terms govern the legal relationship between the Company and users in connection with the use of the Service.
  2. The Company may amend these Terms to the extent that it does not violate applicable laws, and will give notice of amendments by notice on the website and by email.
  3. Unfavorable changes are notified 30 days before they take effect, and other changes at least 7 days before. If you continue to use the Service after the notice date, you are deemed to agree to the amended Terms.

2. Definitions

  • “Service” means all online features that measure and analyze brand awareness, keyword share and position against competitors in LLM (large language model) based search and chat environments, and provide strategies for improvement.
  • “Pass” or “subscription” means the right to use the features of the Service in 30-day cycles through recurring payment (automatic renewal).
  • “User content (UGC)” means keywords, brand information, comments, files and other materials that users enter or upload to the Service.
  • “Output” means the analysis results, metrics, dashboards and other materials the Service generates through AI analysis.

3. Accounts and eligibility

  1. Eligibility: individuals aged 14 or older and legal entities.
  2. An account is for one person (or one legal entity) only. Sharing, lending, transferring or pledging an account is prohibited.
  3. The Company may require real-name verification or identity verification.

4. Formation of the contract and notices

  1. The service contract is formed when the user agrees to these Terms and completes the sign-up process.
  2. The Company may give notice by email, website notice or in-service notification, and a notice takes effect when it is sent or posted.

5. Content of the Service and changes

  1. The Company may improve or change the content of the Service from time to time.
  2. Beta features may not be stable and may be modified or discontinued without notice.
  3. The Company provides the Service with reasonable efforts, but does not warrant fitness for a particular purpose, freedom from errors, or uninterrupted operation.

6. Plans and passes

  1. Billing is based on passes.
  2. Plans (monthly recurring payment):
    • Demo: free. 1 prompt, 1 AI engine, 4 blog posts per month
    • Lite: KRW 49,000/month. 5 prompts, 1 AI engine, 15 blog posts per month
    • Pro: KRW 199,000/month. 20 prompts, 3 AI engines, 15 blog posts per month (every other day)
    • Agency: KRW 100,000 + KRW 100,000 × number of companies per month. Management of multiple companies

All amounts above are final payment amounts including VAT.

  3. Recurring payment (automatic renewal): when a card is registered, the first month’s fee is charged immediately and the subscription starts. After that, it is automatically renewed and charged every 30 days to the registered payment method. Automatic payment (billing) with Korean domestic cards is used as the payment method.
  4. Advance notice: the next scheduled payment date can be checked on the pass management page, and the Company notifies you of the scheduled payment by email or in-service notification before renewal.
  5. Cancellation: you can cancel automatic payment at any time on the pass management page. When you cancel, charges stop from the next payment date. The period you have already paid for continues until its end date.
  6. One-time passes (no automatic renewal): passes paid in advance for a period without automatic renewal are also sold. The period is a 30-day pass or an annual pass (12 months). The annual pass is a single payment discounted 15% from the monthly fee. Products longer than 12 months are not sold.
  7. The period of a one-time pass does not start upon payment alone; it is counted from the time you activate it yourself on the pass management page.
  8. Only credit cards are offered as a payment method. Virtual accounts and bank transfers are not offered.
  9. Payment inquiries and issuance of receipts and tax invoices are handled through customer support.

7. Cancellation and refunds

  1. You may request cancellation of automatic payment and refunds at any time on the pass management page.
  2. Withdrawal (full refund within 7 days): each payment (including new and automatic renewal payments) is fully refunded if it is within 7 days of the payment date and you have not substantially used the Service for that payment period.
  3. Cancellation (stopping automatic payment): if you cancel more than 7 days after the payment date, payment stops from the next renewal, and the current period you have already paid for continues until its end date. In this case, the fee already paid for the current month (current cycle) is not refunded (except for the exceptions below).
  4. Refunds for one-time passes (30-day and annual): one-time passes without automatic renewal are refunded as follows.
    • Not activated: full refund
    • Within 7 days of activation: full refund
    • More than 7 days after activation: the remaining period is refunded pro rata (for example, if a KRW 49,000 30-day pass was used for 12 days, KRW 29,400 for 18 days is refunded)
  5. Exceptional full refunds: overpayments or duplicate payments, cases where the Company could not provide the Service for reasons attributable to it, and other cases that qualify as grounds for withdrawal under applicable laws are fully refunded.
  6. Exceptions may apply where there are statutory grounds for limiting refunds (such as fraudulent use).
